Building our second home , we thought we knew what we wanted but we soon found out we didn’t know at all , all the thinking process that goes into building your forever home. McKenzie and Matt both were so patient and so knowledgeable about the land and the property and calmed my fears of building again. They took me by the hand and showed me different ideas that I had never even thought of. I am writing this review in my new home. I knew nothing. Never owned a home and frankly overwhelmed in the current market. Where do I even begin from out of state? I can truly say they were the right team to have in my corner. We communicated daily until I found the right home. Rain or snow, Matt ensured I had enough information each step.
They went above and beyond to look out for my best interest in the negotiation, inspection, and walk-through process. Since I couldn’t be there physically, they put me on face-time and did the walk through for me. They were so meticulous even the builder was impressed. Matt spotted a sump pump issue in the crawl space and escalated the issue all the way to the VP (builder company) and checked on its progress by driving to the premises until it was fixed. Even tested for radon himself to save me $$. I am so appreciative of their efforts. They were so supportive and helped steer this journey until we arrived in our new home. I highly recommend the Miya Duo 💯.
